Guided by the talented husband and wife team, John and Alenna Rocafort.  We specialize in beautiful and high quality custom builds and spec homes.  John started his passion for construction in the concrete trade and working with many local builders.  After seeing the lack of quality and care put into some new homes, he developed his own building company.  For the last 15 years John has been building in and around the Grand Rapids area.   Alenna has been by his side helping grow Rock Builder all along the way.  They both promise outstanding craftsmanship and a tailored approach.
